As a mountaineer and eco-tourism advocate, I often seek out places that balance nature and comfort, and La Vigne was more than suitable for our family vacation. Nestled in peaceful gardens away from the hustle and bustle, it offered a lovely escape without sacrificing convenience—only a five-minute drive to Châteauneuf-en-Thymerais, where we found everything we needed. Our family enjoyed the clean and spacious accommodations, complete with a private entrance and a charming patio for breakfast. Each morning began with a delightful spread that was like a mini-feast: fresh French bread, homemade jams, and hot coffee prepared us for our adventures. We spent our afternoons exploring the local area on foot, enjoying flat trails perfect for walking and cycling. Brigitte, our host, made us feel at home and was always ready with recommendations for local restaurants and activities. With the nearby town offering a mix of shops and eateries, La Vigne turned out to be the perfect family-friendly hideaway. We truly enjoyed our time here and appreciated how the tab viewed our needs and preferences. Would definitely return for another memorable family getaway!
